The Ministry of European Integration, in cooperation with the European Institute for Public Administration (EIPA) in Luxembourg and the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia, has organised a three-day seminar on the EU legislation in the area of copyright.
In the following days, experts from the European Institute for Public Administration will present the main EU regulations, new obligations for service providers in the area of online content sharing and trade in the digital environment, and the main case-law of the Court of Justice in the area of copyright. They will also present contemporary challenges in implementing copyright protection regarding fundamental human rights and freedoms.
Representatives of competent institutions in charge of negotiations in this area are attending the seminar.
