Within the EU Support to Integrated Territorial Development – EU INTEGRA Programme, funded by the European Union through the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance – IPA III and implemented under the auspices of the Ministry of European Integration, the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM), as an implementing partner, is organising Info Days on the Call for Proposals for the Development of Project Design and Technical Documentation.
The Info Days will be organised in Belgrade, Niš, Čačak, Kragujevac and Novi Sad, bringing together representatives of 72 local self-governments, who will have an opportunity to learn more about the available support, the conditions of the Call for Proposals, and the procedures for preparing and submitting project proposals.
A total of EUR 733,000 has been allocated for the Call for Proposals, with individual grants ranging from EUR 30,000 to EUR 70,000, depending on the type of territorial strategy. The grants will cover between 55% and 80% of the total eligible costs of preparing the documentation. The deadline for submitting project proposals is 5 October 2026.
The Info Days will be held according to the following schedule:
• Belgrade – 4 September 2026, Serbian-Korean Information Access Centre – SKIP Belgrade (11 Dobrinjska Street), starting at 12:00. The Info Day is intended for representatives of Sremska Mitrovica, Ruma, Stara Pazova, Irig, Pećinci, Šid, Inđija, Pančevo, Loznica, Šabac, Smederevo, Požarevac, Veliko Gradište and Golubac.

• Niš – 7 September 2026, Serbian-Korean Information Access Centre – SKIP Niš (8 Trg kralja Milana), starting at 12:00. The Info Day is intended for representatives of Niš, Gadžin Han, Merošina, Svrljig, Pirot, Babušnica, Bela Palanka, Dimitrovgrad, Zaječar, Boljevac, Knjaževac, Sokobanja, Leskovac, Vranje, Bor and Prokuplje.

• Čačak – 8 September 2026, Startup Centre, STP Čačak (2 Trg narodnog ustanka), starting at 12:00. The Info Day is intended for representatives of Užice, Bajina Bašta, Čajetina, Požega, Priboj, Novi Pazar, Kraljevo, Čačak, Raška, Vrnjačka Banja, Ivanjica and Kruševac.

• Kragujevac – 9 September 2026, Business Innovation Centre Kragujevac (4 Trg Topolivaca), starting at 11:00. The Info Day is intended for representatives of Jagodina, Ćuprija, Paraćin, Despotovac, Svilajnac, Rekovac, Kragujevac, Aranđelovac, Batočina, Knić, Lapovo, Rača, Topola, Petrovac na Mlavi, Žagubica, Kučevo, Malo Crniće and Žabari.

Information on the date, venue and registration procedure for the Info Day in Novi Sad will be announced subsequently.
Under the current Call for Proposals, local self-governments can receive grants for the preparation of project and technical documentation and other documentation required for the implementation of integrated development projects based on territorial strategies developed within the EU PRO Plus and EU INTEGRA Programmes. Project proposals may be submitted independently or in partnership with other eligible partners.
The EU INTEGRA Programme is jointly implemented by the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM) and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), with the aim of advancing integrated territorial development and strengthening the capacities of local self-governments in Serbia in line with the European Union’s Cohesion Policy.
