Within the framework of the Interreg IPA ADRION Programme 2021–2027, an open tender procedure for the provision of services relating to the implementation of the Programme’s operational evaluation and impact evaluation will be launched over the course of August 2026.
The tender procedure will be conducted by ART-ER, on behalf of the Managing Authority of the Programme, in accordance with Italian public procurement legislation. The entire procedure will be carried out through the SATER (Emilia-Romagna Electronic Procurement System) e-procurement platform.
Interested economic operators are invited to complete the registration process on the platform in a timely manner in order to be eligible to participate in the procedure once the tender has been published.
