The Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM), within the framework of the “EU Support to Integrated Territorial Development – EU INTEGRA” Programme, funded by the European Union with a budget of EUR 15 million, is organizing workshops for grant beneficiaries whose projects have been approved for funding under the Programme’s grant scheme. The EU INTEGRA Programme is implemented by the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM) and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), in cooperation with the Ministry of European Integration of the Republic of Serbia.
The workshops will be held on:
• 12 June 2026 at the Serbian-Korean Information Access Center SKIP Niš (Trg kralja Milana 8, Niš), starting at 10:00;
• 15 June 2026 at the Serbian-Korean Information Access Center SKIP Belgrade (Dobrinjska 11, Belgrade), starting at 10:00.
Following the successful completion of the evaluation process and the signing of grant contracts, grant beneficiaries are entering the project implementation phase, which entails carrying out activities in accordance with European Union contractual procedures and the rules of the EU INTEGRA Programme.
The objective of the workshops is to provide grant beneficiaries with practical support for the successful management and implementation of projects throughout the entire implementation period. Particular emphasis will be placed on the application of the Project Implementation Guidelines, beneficiaries’ contractual obligations, financial management, procurement procedures, implementation of infrastructure activities, contract amendments, monitoring and reporting, as well as project communication and visibility. Participants will also be introduced to the Instructions for Recording Grants and Planning Budget Allocations in Local Self-Government Units.
The workshops are intended for members of project teams of grant beneficiaries, including project coordinators, representatives responsible for financial management, procurement, infrastructure activities, reporting and project visibility.
The workshop in Niš is intended for representatives of the cities and municipalities of Pirot, Dimitrovgrad, Babušnica, Bela Palanka, Niš, Merošina, Svrljig and Gadžin Han, while the workshop in Belgrade is intended for representatives of Kruševac, Bor, Užice, Požega, Bajina Bašta and Čajetina.
