The information session on the new call for addressing cross-border obstacles within the b-solution 3.0 initiative was held online on 18 December 2025, organised by the Ministry of European Integration in cooperation with the Association of European Border Regions (AEBR). The workshop addressed how to apply for support, as well as the areas in which assistance can be requested.
The b–solution 3.0 initiative (Solving Border Obstacles to Facilitate Cooperation) provides support in the identification and resolution of cross-border obstacles to public institutions and cross-border structures located along the EU’s internal land and maritime borders, as well as along the borders between the EU and EFTA and IPA countries.
The call for submissions of cases involving cross-border obstacles is open until 27 February 2026.
