Belgrade, 14 January2008 – Pursuant to Serbian Government Regulation of 28 December 2007, the European Integration Office was established under a new name in Serbian language(Kancelarija za evropske integracije).The new Office shall retain the activities, rights, liabilities and all employees of the previous Office, thus maintaining a full continuity of the two government bodies.
The establishment of new Office reflects a new development in relations with the EU, following the finalization of negotiations on Stabilisation and Association Agreement and new requirements relating to more efficient coordination of EU association process.
Director of the European Integration Office is Tanja Miscevic and Deputy Director is Srdjan Majstorovic.
All Office contacts will remain the same, and they are also available on the Internet site www.seio.sr.gov.yu .
