Purchase of chipper, truck, trailers and machines
The Ministry for European Integration, acting as the Contracting Authority, hereby informs interested economic operators that the procurement procedure ENE4/JN01 – Purchase of chipper, truck, trailers and machines has been cancelled.
Following the publication of the Contract Notice and the Tender Dossier, it was established that the Technical Specifications published with the tender dossier were not the final approved version.
The final approved Technical Specifications contain substantive modifications affecting essential technical requirements and the allocation of the estimated budget among the lots. As these modifications concern essential elements of the procurement procedure and may affect the preparation of tenders, the Contracting Authority has decided to discontinue the current procurement procedure.

A revised Tender Dossier based on the final approved Technical Specifications will be prepared and, following the required approvals, a new procurement procedure will be launched.
