The President of the Provincial Government of AP Vojvodina Government Maja Gojković has met today with Minister of European Integration Tanja Miščević to discuss the models of future cooperation.
In their conversation, both of them underlined the importance of improving the cooperation and coordination between the Government of the Republic of Serbia, line ministry and the Provincial Government in the process of European integration and planning of utilization of financial resources from the European Union funds.
The meeting touched upon the importance of cross-border cooperation, primarily in the scope of the DKMT region, and also the functioning of the Vojvodina Office in Brussels.
Gojković and Miščević agreed that it is important to raise the cooperation to a higher level in the following period, first of all by facilitating access to the European funds through joint work, thus enabling the realisation of projects relevant for social and economic development of our country.
The meeting was attended by Vidosava Enderić, assistant to the Provincial Secretary for Regional Development, Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-Government.
