More than 30 people participated in an open lesson in nature, organized under the Program for Cross-Border Cooperation Programme between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Serbia in partnership with the “Vitosha” Nature Park on September 21, 2022 in an outdoor classroom between the villages of Bosnek and Chuipetlovo. The event was organized on the occasion of the XI celebration of the European Cooperation Day - an initiative aiming to remind citizens that the joint efforts partnership bring excellent results.
The event was attended by representatives of: the Ministry of regional development and public works of the republic of Bulgaria and the Ministy of European integration of the republic of Serbia, the Joint Secretariat, the "Vitosha" Nature Park, the "Gora" magazine, the mayor of the villages of Bosnek and Chuipetlovo, the "Hristo Smirnenski" High School of Natural Sciences - Pernik. The participants were informed on the environmental impact of the human activity and encouraged to behave more environmentally responsible.
The event was concluded with the awarding of the best photographs of young people aged 15-29 years, received within the framework of the thematic photo competition for nature photos in the cross-border region, which was held in the period 1.8.2022 – 11.9.2022.
