The Ministry of European Integration, in cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation, has organised a webinar titled ‘Classification of national regulations in accordance with the EU regulations and legal technique of law-making’. The goal of this webinar was for participants to acquire and improve knowledge on drafting laws and bylaws in accordance with the specificities of transposing the EU legislation, and to engage in the exchange of experiences and analysis of practical examples.
The training was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, Ministry of Mining and Energy, Ministry of Finance, National Bank of Serbia, Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, Serbian Radiation and Nuclear Safety and Security Directorate, Intellectual Property Office, Commission for State Aid Control and the Securities Commission.
The lecturer was Darko Radojičić, Assistant Director of the Republic Secretariat for Legislation and Head of the Department for the Preparation of Legislation.
