Negotiating Group on Environment - the Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Negotiating Group shall be appointed from among the representatives of the Ministry of Energy and Mining.
The Negotiating Group membership shall comprise the representatives of the following government authorities and organisations: the Ministry of Finance; Ministry of Economy; Ministry of Energy and Mining; Ministry of Agriculture and Environment; Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure; Ministry of Health; Ministry of Interior; Ministry of Justice; Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development; Serbian Geodetic Authority; Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia; Transport Safety Agency; Serbian Hydrometeorological Service; Serbian Statistics Office; Serbian Geodetic Authority; Serbian Standardisation Institute; Serbian Nature Protection Office; Serbian Secretariat for Legislation; Civil Society Cooperation Office and Serbian European Integration Office.
