Following the info workshops, where the representatives of various institutions and organizations were informed in detail about EU programmes available in Serbia, the project "Support to Participation in EU Programmes" will start in January with a series of concrete and targeted trainings for the preparation and implementation of projects for EU programmes. Given that public calls for several EU programmes have already been announced, it is necessary to prepare projects on time and apply for funding under one of the programmes.

Pursuant to Article 77 of the Law on Public Administration (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 79/05, 101/07, 95/10, 99/14, 47/18 and 30/18 - other law) and Article 3 of the Rulebook on Good Practice Guidelines for Exercising Public Participation in the Drafting of Laws and Other Regulations and Acts ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 51/19), the Ministry of European Integration hereby informs the public that, on 23 December 2019, the preparation of the Draft Law on the Cohesion Policy Management System in the Republic of Serbia was launched.

Translation of the Consolidated version of the Treaty on European Union and Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union into the Serbian language has been completed through the joint work of the Ministry of European Integration and the Republic Secretariat for Legislation. The expert revision of the translated text was carried out by a large number of revisers from state authorities and organisations, as well as from the National Bank of Serbia. Representatives of the academic community also participated in this process.

The Ministry of European Integration has organised a seminar titled “Expert revision – methodology and specificities” intended for civil servants engaged in this area.

Info session and Partner Search Forum on the occasion of publishing the Second Call for Proposals within the IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Serbia–Bosnia and Herzegovina 2014–2020 have been organised today at Vrdnik by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia, in cooperation with the Programme operational structures – the Ministry of European Integration and the Directorate for European Integration of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and with the support of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme.

The Conference on the Second Call for Proposals within the IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Serbia – Bosnia and Herzegovina 2014–20200, was held today on Zlatibor, organized by the Ministry of European Integration of the Republic of Serbia and the Directorate for European Integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the support of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Serbia-Bosnia and Herzegovina 2014–2020.
