In order to assess the effects of the implementation of the IPA II Cross-border Cooperation Programmes, a survey is being carried out to make an assessment of the implementation of the CBC programmes between 2014 and 2019. The objective of the survey is to provide recommendations for the improvement of performance and to support the preparation of future CBC programming for IPA III in the next multiannual financing framework.

In order to assess the effects of the implementation of the IPA II Cross-border Cooperation Programmes, a survey is being carried out to make an assessment of the implementation of the CBC programmes between 2014 and 2019. The objective of the survey is to provide recommendations for the improvement of performance and to support the preparation of future CBC programming for IPA III in the next multiannual financing framework.

Public consultations are currently being held regarding the content of the future ADRION Programme for the period 2021–2027. The consultations are organised in order to receive feedback from the general public and stakeholders regarding chosen topics, priority areas and types of activities to be financed in the upcoming programming period. They are conducted online by filling in a relevant questionnaire.

As part of the Policy and Legal Advice Centre (PLAC III) project’s implementation, 79 laws, by-laws and strategic documents have been drafted while 40 legal acts of the European Union have been transposed into national legislation (or harmonisation of national laws was achieved). 

The Ministry of European Integration, in cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation, has organised a two-day webinar titled ‘European Semester for EU member states and cooperation with the Republic of Serbia’.

The Ministry of European Integration of the Republic of Serbia, in cooperation with the Intellectual Property Office and the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA), has organised a two-day webinar titled ‘EU Copyright Law – Copyright protection in the digital era’. The webinar was organised through the Technical Assistance Programme of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg ‘Strengthening Capacities to Implement EU Law’.

On the 15th October 2020, Programming committee of the Interreg IPA Cross-border cooperation Programme Hungary Serbia 2021 - 2027 adopted the "Territorial analyses of the next Hungary - Serbia Interreg IPA CBC Programme" developed with the expert assistance of CESCI (Central European Service for Cross-border Initiatives).

The three-day documentary film festival ‘European Cooperation: Film Story’, which the Ministry of European Integration traditionally organises on the occasion of the European Territorial Cooperation Day, will be held online this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The festival begins tomorrow and will last until 9 October.

In cooperation with Hanns Seidel Foundation, the Ministry of European Integration organised online seminar “Economic diplomacy: We – the EU – the World”.

The top three papers pronounced at the competition for the best student papers on the European Union, announced by the Ministry of European Integration on 15 June 2020, are the following:
1.    The meaning of solidarity in European integration: Schuman’s vision and challenges of crises (first prize)
2.    Contextual aspects of the concept of solidarity in the European Union in the 21st century (second prize)
3.    The European Union’s key reasons for supporting the Republic of Serbia in achieving the goals of the environmental component of sustainable development (third prize)
