Serbia is the only country that had to start its negotiations with the EU by opening the most difficult chapters – chapters 23 and 24, stated Minister of European Integration Jadranka Joksimović, adding that Serbia’s European path includes a cumulation of two conditions – reforms, which are mandatory, and the issue of Kosovo and Metohija.
