The Ministry of European Integration, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of France, has opened today a seminar entitled ‘Competition - Leniency Programme, prevention of collusive tendering, unannounced investigations’. During the two-day training, experts from the Competition Authority of the Republic of France will introduce the representatives of the Serbian Commission for Protection of Competition and the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunication with their experiences in combating abuse of the public procurement procedure, and with the implementation of procedures related to exemption from the obligation to pay or reduction of the amount to be paid as a competition protection measure.
