J. Joksimović: EU Ambassadors did not mention any change in dialogue format

After the meeting with the ambassadors of the EU Member States in Brussels, Minister of European Integration Jadranka Joksimović stated that none of the participants had mentioned any direct involvement or change in the format of the dialogue.
"There were no interventions in terms of direct involvement or change in the format. The process itself is indeed complicated, and carries a lot of difficulties and uncertainties, but there is understanding and perception that Belgrade is the one who has fulfilled its obligations as signed, while the others have not," said Joksimović.

Jadranka Joksimović has said that the ambassadors of the EU Member States wanted to know when the legally binding agreement would be reached, and that she presented Serbia's arguments about the role of the Brussels Agreement, the manner in which it was achieved, to what extent it has been implemented and the achievements of each party.
"I presented an argument with which everyone agreed, which is that the Brussels Agreement is a legally binding agreement that was signed not only by Belgrade and Pristina, but that the EU was a guarantor as well. I asked them to read the Brussels Agreement, which is one and a half pages long, and see that Serbia really has fulfilled all the obligations under this Agreement, and that we are now waiting to see a concrete and tangible result related to the establishment of the Community of Serb Municipalities so that the whole process can continue, given that we did not obstruct it in the first place," Joksimović has said.

Minister Joksimović has said that there is understanding among the Member States that Belgrade has been working on the implementation of the Brussels Agreement. She had stressed that Serbia now expects to see the results of the work on drafting the statute of the CSM, for which the deadline expires in three months.
