Seminar EU Data Protection opened in the Ministry of European Integration

The Ministry of European Integration, in cooperation with the European Institute of Public Administration - EIPA Luxembourg and with technical assistance provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Luxembourg, is organising today a seminar called EU Data Protection.

Lecturers Roberta Ribeiro Oertel from EIPA Luxembourg and Loredana Tassone, a data protection lawyer, will introduce the participants with the legal framework and upcoming reforms in the field of data protection and privacy, with particular focus on the implementation of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the related case law.

The seminar is attended by representatives of the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of European Integration, and the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
