Reporting Workshops for projects contracted under the 1st Call for Proposals of the Danube transnational Programme will be held in the period 06-07. July 2017
Technical meeting / project reporting workshop will be organized in cooperation with colleagues from the Department for First Level Control of the Ministry of Finance on July 6 and 7, 2017.

United Nations Under-Secretary-General and Executive Director of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) Grete Faremo is on a two-day official visit to Serbia. As Faremo highlighted during the first day of the visit at a meeting held in the Ministry of European Integration, UNOPS was determined to continue supporting the Serbian Government in the implementation of reforms throughout the European integration process.

The 13th exhibition Applied Nostalgia: Serbia - Estonia was solemnly opened yesterday in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. The exhibition was opened by Anja Rović, the State Secretary at the Ministry of European Integration, with Aino Lepik von Wirén, the Assistant Minister for European Affairs, Janne Andresoo, Director General of the National Library of Estonia, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Finland Saša Obradović, and one of the authors of photographs, Rait Tuulas, also speaking at the opening ceremony.

Today we mark the European Territorial Cooperation Day, 21 September, dedicated to cross-border cooperation and programmes that the EU funds across Europe. Since 2013, when the European Commission decided to further promote support for cross-border and transnational projects, Serbia and 40 other European countries have joined this initiative.

"Applied Nostalgia" is celebrating its 10 Year Anniversary this year. The project consists of double exhibitions of photographs by two European photographers - one from EU candidate Serbia and one from the EU country holding the Council's Presidency each year, since 2007. We spoke to Ksenija Milenković, the Acting Assistant Minister from the Serbian Ministry of European Integration, about the project.

If a referendum were to be held tomorrow with the question "Do you support Serbia’s membership to the EU?", 49% of Serbian citizens would be in favour, 27% would be against, 13% would not vote, and 11% would not know what to answer. These are the results of the latest public opinion poll called European Orientation of Serbian Citizens that was conducted by the Ministry of European Integration in June 2017. The poll was carried out in compliance with the Eurobarometer standard, and 1,064 respondents older than 18 took part in it.

The Delegation of the Republic of Armenia has begun its three-day working visit to Serbia. The aim of the visit is to exchange experiences and present the results of the Republic of Serbia in the European integration process, with special focus on using financial support of the European Union.
