New trainings for project preparation for EU programmes

Following the info workshops, where the representatives of various institutions and organizations were informed in detail about EU programmes available in Serbia, the project "Support to Participation in EU Programmes" will start in January with a series of concrete and targeted trainings for the preparation and implementation of projects for EU programmes. Given that public calls for several EU programmes have already been announced, it is necessary to prepare projects on time and apply for funding under one of the programmes.

The training for project preparation and implementation consists of three modules.

The first module on the topic "From Idea to Realisation" will be held in January at three locations:

  • in Novi Sad - on Friday, 24 January 2020
  • in Niš - on Tuesday, 28 January 2020
  • in Belgrade - on Wednesday, 29 January 2020

A team of experts with experience in preparing and implementing EU funded projects will deliver presentations on project idea development, instructions for finding an appropriate public call for proposals, preparing project documentation and submitting applications, preparing a work plan, defining results, key activities and resources, forecasting costs, preparing project budget, defining project partners and beneficiaries, and lobbying.

The second module will be held in February on the topic "Project Preparation Methodology", while the third module - "Project Implementation" - will be held in March 2020. All modules will be held in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš.

The training is intended for representatives of companies, regional development agencies, business associations and organizations, local self-governments, faculties, educational and scientific institutions, non-governmental organizations and anyone else interested in applying for participation in EU programmes.
